ORDERING POLICY

Ordering Methods

There are two ways to order. The first method is online ordering and the second method is invoicing. Invoicing is for primarily for custom orders. Please contact us for all custom orders.

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted forms of payment via Square, Inc. CashApp and PayPal are accepted forms of payment as well.

Telephone/Email Orders

The best method and fastest method of ordering is online. If you are having difficulty ordering online, please feel free to contact Vegan Juiceology to place your order by phone at 443/878-0636 or by email at info@veganjuiceology.com.

Discounts & Promotions

Any discounts or promotions must be mentioned at the time you place your order and before processing final payment.


HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

At Vegan Juiceology, we want our clients to enjoy their cleanses and to be safe. Please consult your doctor prior to doing a juice cleanse to make sure you do not have any restrictive conditions. If you opt to continue without a doctor’s consultation, then you do so at your own risk.

Common side effects include flatulence and bloating, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, headaches, caffeine withdrawal (for the coffee drinkers), and cravings.  If you begin to feel ill, consult your doctor immediately.

PLEASE INFORM VEGAN JUICEOLOGY OF ANY ALLERGIES.  Our juices contains a wide variety of fruit and vegetables. Please check the ingredients list before purchase and consume any of our products. Vegan Juiceology is not liable for any allergic reactions and refunds will not be given to those who have an allergy to an ingredient.

We do not recommend the cleanses if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, or under the age of 18 years old.


NO RETURN POLICY

All juices, elixirs, cleanses, and other product purchases and add-ons are FINAL.

We do not provide refunds if you cancel during a cleanse or after you’ve completed a cleanse.

Any juice, elixir, or cleanse products that is not picked up on the scheduled pickup date is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are not issued for Vegan Juiceology’s juices that has been partially or fully consumed.

If there is request to change the delivery/pickup date or time, Vegan Juiceology can not guarantee that the juice delivery/pickup will be available on the original date. Vegan Juiceology will make every attempt to make the delivery/pickup available, but it may change based on availability. If there are any client changes to the original date and time, no refund will be given. If the client wishes to cancel the order, a credit will be applied to the client's account for future use.


HOW TO ORDER

Meet Up / Pick-Up

Cleanses are made available for pickup or delivery when you place orders online or direct via invoicing. If you would like to reserve a juice order or cleanse for pick-up, please go to www.veganjuiceology.com, and select “Pickup Pikesville Farmers Market Pick Up” under delivery options in checkout.  A drop down menu will appear and you may choose the Pikesville Farmers Market location at Pomona Square, 1700 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208.

Delivery

If you would like your order delivered to you, please choose “Delivery” in checkout and provide a valid residential or commercial address within Maryland and Washington, DC. The delivery fee will be added to all orders placed online.

Expedited Orders

If you would like your juice order within the 48-hour or 72-hour required window, then a $10.00 expedite fee applies to your pickup order and a $15.00 expedite fee applies to your delivery order. Please contact us for all expedite requests proper to placing your in-store or online order. 


SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, Vegan Juiceology does not ship, but we are building our shipping model to reach clients nationwide.


ONLINE ORDERING TERMS

By ordering through Vegan Juiceology online at www.veganjuiceology.com or by placing an order in-store you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our online ordering company.
